We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations & Timelines
We ship internationally. Delivery times for Standard Shipping vary by destination:
- Domestic (within the country): 5-7 business days after dispatch.
- International: 10-20 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Please note that these timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occasionally occur due to carrier logistics or customs procedures beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of your items. There is currently no minimum order value for free shipping. All applicable shipping charges will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days after your order confirmation, please contact us.
Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. TejasRasa is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you via email to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

For international orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
