At TejasRasa, we are committed to your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order of Tops, Dresses, or Pants, we are here to help. Please review the following policy details regarding returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
- It must be returned within 30 days from the date you received the shipment.
- The item must be in its original packaging, where applicable.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Please note that certain items, such as final sale merchandise or personalized goods, may not be eligible for return unless defective. This will be clearly marked on the product page at the time of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items without their original tags or packaging.
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
- Gift cards (if applicable).
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: To start a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will guide you through the process and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship Your Item: Please securely pack the item(s) for return, including the RMA number inside the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
- Inspection & Refund: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Refunds
You will receive a refund for the cost of the returned item(s). Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
- We do not offer exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
